So it’s still May, but I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I won’t be finishing John Grisham by Tuesday evening. I hope you’re all cool with that? Whoever you are. This time of year, all the eagerly anticipated blockbusters are released, to coincide with the American summer. I do believe there is a blockbuster period of time for novels as well. What is better than spending summer under a tree or by the ocean with a book that completely captures you? Well, probably lots. But this is me you’re hearing from. Some authors release one novel a year, around the June/July season. One of my absolute favourite authors is no exception.
This is what I will be doing for the weekend. I will devour this novel. I am more excited than mere words can convey. Wait with your breath held to see how fast I can finish this. I read her last two over a 48 hour period (yes, two books in 48 hours). She’s that good!
